Greenville College was founded in 1892 by the Free Methodist Church. The college's first president, Wilson T. Hogue, used the motto "education for character" to describe the college's purpose. Its mission 120 years later - empowering students for lives of character and service - echoes that purpose.
We are proud to be in the initial stages of developing the Center for Next Generation Leadership, in conjunction with the Briner School of Business, in addition to creating course material and content.
